About Us

Sean Pleus has been practicing law since 2012. He worked previously as a claims adjuster with Nationwide Insurance and then started as a paralegal for a South Florida injury firm. While working there he knew that he wanted to be an advocate for people injured in accidents, so he decided to get his law degree.

Sean attended Nova Southeastern University at night while still working full time. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova in 2011, earning the High Grade award in his negotiation class and was admitted to the Florida Bar in May of 2012. Mr. Pleus has over 20 years experience in negotiating insurance claims including his time working for the insurance industry. This experience has given him an insight most Injury attorneys do not have into the inner thought processes and claim evaluation processes used by some insurance companies. Sean is a 3rd Generation attorney, with both his father and grandfather having served as judges at the Appellate level in the state of Florida. He learned at a very young age the importance of our legal system, the respect required for everyone involved and the paramount need to be a skilled and passionate advocate for your client.

He understands that every client is dealing with physical and emotional issues that have arisen as a result of an accident and makes sure to provide them the care and attention each person deserves so they can try to get back to the life they had before their accident. Sean is also passionate about giving back to the community and participates with several charitable organizations and is actively involved in his Church.

Sean is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, and is a member of the Broward and Palm Beach County Bar associations, as well as a Director on the Board of Gilda’s Club of South Florida.
